hello all im 25 years old. I have been with my g/f for over two years and in a wonderful relationship. i have never had a problem keeping my erections during sex. I could litterally walk around not even thinking about sex and i would not go soft. Recently during sex i lost my erection, that did not go well. got over it and it didnt happend again for a few months. a few weeks ago it happend again. i explained to her that it is performance anxiety and that the thought of me going soft is whats causing it. She understood and everything was fine. Now i cant get it out of my head and it happend 2 nights in a row. Once again i explained, she understood and i went to Boston Medical Group this morning. The doctor ruled out any physical causes for my ED and told me what i already knew was Perfromace anxiety. He gave me a sample of Levitra 10mg to boost my confidence. I dont want to depend on these pills. I am a healthy guy who just wants my Perf Anxiety to go away.

My question to the forum members is what to expect with the levitra? Would taking half still give me the same effect. Has anyone been in my situation and been able to overcome the anxiety by taking these meds?. Did it boost your confidence back up to where you did not need them? I have never had erection problems and i hope taking these steps to get over it are going to help.

Looking foward t hearing from the forum members

Hey Proangler I sympathize with your problem. I am actually going through similar problem, but probably worse than yours. I am still a virgin and I worry about my erection alot with my current gf. I always feel that I have soft erection and that my erections come and go really fast while I am with her. I am not sure if my erectile response is normal. I do have performance anxiety because I am so conscious about my erections. It has totally killed my mood wanting to be intimate as well as my sex drive. Does anyone have any solution to this.

tiphat First of all I must say you are not the only one, I also have had issues with this and am 41. Wife and I are on 21 years. I have been there and can say that it really sucks.
Yet there is hope. Now I am not a doctor but can lead you to a post i put up that might help. http://ehealthforum.com/health/overcoming- performance-anxiety-t142518.html
At 25 you are still in a learning area of your sex life no matter how much sex you have had or not had.
Plus with your support of your partner understanding is a plus. As a guy with not being large enough {girth wise} and some well a lot of premuture ejaculations, it really helps to have that understanding partner, even at 20 plus years.
Time will tell and you at 25 are still growing. Good luck.
