Sexual Health - Women Answer A3807
During the female orgasm, Bartholin’s glands produce a lot of fluid. The other glands in the vulva also produce a lot of fluid during sexual intercourse.Fluid from the Bartholin’s glands (2) is considered cum. There mustn’t be urine in the fluid that is secreted during sex and an orgasm. Urine presence in the cum could indicate some urinary incontinence (unwilling peeing).
You may want to consult your gynecologist for futher information.
