Q: Sexual frustration without masturbation ?

I haven't had sex or masturbated since my fiance and I broke up a few months ago. I refuse to masturbate and my balls have gotten pretty big lately. I'm really sexually frustrated and can't sleep very well. In fact, I haven't at all for three days. Is there some non-sexual way to ease this?

why don't you just masturbate? Why do you want a non-sexual way to ease it?

I don't know of any non sexual way to ease that one. Your going to have to release all that build up sooner or later or it may become a problem.
