Okay so this is a bit awkward for me to post. But lately (the past week) sex has been..amazing.

Now i know this is a weird thing to post but i find it odd. I've never been this sensitive. Usually i dont really enjoy sex to much, but for some reason my vagina has become more sensitive and i enjoy it more. It takes me far less time to reach orgasm,I've never had this happen before so its odd.

what can cause this?

lol That's great!

There are a lot of things that can effect sex, have there been any changes in your life?

It could be something like you being less stressed out, more comfortable in bed, a change in birth controls or medications... lots of stuff. Whatever it is, it's probably not a bad thing. Very Happy

Actually yes, it mostlikely has. Smile

Good dietiing can positively effect your sex life in a number of ways-- for both men and women.

For example, eating food that promote better circulation will help increase the bloodflow to your clitoris and vulva during sex, which would increase your sensitivity.

Exercise is supposed to help for similar reasons too.
