I made a post some days back about sexual exhaustion(over masterbation). Some how it got deleted.
I am not sexually active but i have been masterbating since maybe 14 years of age, I'm 18 years old right now. so i started having symptoms:
loss of sensitivity in head of penis
mild pain in penis
I been masterbating once a day mainly. 2 at most.
The main thing i would like to know is if i can recover from this over time.
are the side effects of this permanent?
Will i heal naturally over time?
EDIT: i'm sorry if you answered my question already, I dont know if did anything wrong last time that resulted in my thread getting deleted. so i never got a chance to see my answer to my problem.
Hi byron1122...It's possible that your post got lost somewhere along the way...Some people say that you can masturbate all that you want...Some people say to control it...IMO, masturbation is a necessary part of life...How often is up to the individual....I think twice a day is too much...The more you have the more you want it...Your body learns to love the good feeling that you get....I would caution you to be careful of too frequent masturbation....Especially if you are getting into the dating and sexual relationships part of life...As far as your question on the above ailments, I would say there is a possibility of all of the above...However, I am a woman and speak only knowing the facts of life that I know...I hope this helps...Take care...
thanks Caroline. I'm thinking about buying supplements/herbals to help the healing process. but as for the loss of sensitivity in the head of my penis. will that ever regain its sensitivity? I do have redness around the rim of the glans which may have came from rough masterbation. Could it be nerve damage? Will it heal up?
i am circumcised and my penis has been looking a bit dry.
Sorry for so many questions.
I almost noticed that the glans(head) doesn't get hard when i get erections most of the time.
1 more question lol.
is it safe to put corizone on my penis to help heal up the redness?
Extremely exhausted on the 2nd day after sex (not immediately)
I am 50 and I have been had panic attack, anxiety, and depression.
The second day after sex, I recently got very tired mentally - brain exhausted (not physically). I can not even type - press the keyboard. It bothers me for a few days. It happened for several times already.
