If you can't have an orgasm with intercourse, this is not abnormal. Most women cant. Like the above post said, oral sex or direct clitoral stimulation works better for most women.
Unfortunately, you don't know what has "healthy ingredients" since none of the "sexual enhancement supplements" need to be tested or FDA approved. Don't order anything off the internet or TV. You don't know what's in those things or what effect they really have.
There are products by companies that have been around for a long time, so they have more of an interest in safety than companies that just opened up to hock their snake oil. Some more established (and tested) products can be picked up at the pharmacy. Some give a warming or tingling sensation that might work for you.
Have you ever tried a vibrator? Does that work for you? If that's the only way you can orgasm, you can incorporate that into your time with your partner. You can use it on each other....you get the idea.
If you are having a lot of trouble, I would suggest going to your doctor. There may be a medical reason (like hormones) behind your inability to orgasm.
