Mens Conditions Answer A4501
At your age (27) delayed puberty does not exist. Complete sexual development in men should end by 16 years of age. If sexual development ends between 16 and 20 years old it is considered to be delayed puberty. If sexual development does not end after age 20 that could be a permanent condition called sexual infantilism.

You may want to consult an endocrinologist to check if your genitals and other sexual characteristics are still not fully developed.
