Sex worries I started bleeding like I had started my period.

My partner & I have been having sex for round 7 months, unprotected due to my allergy to latex. This time I became worried due to after foreplay I started bleeding like I had started my period with clots, but my period had been over for a week and a half. I cleaned up and after intercourse ghe bleeding was very mild and light. Im cramping some now but not severe. We hadnt had sex for about a month because of timing. I have light bleeding with my toys lately too but I didnt pay any mind. Im worried somethings major wrong. Do I need to go the dr?
