Is there any risk or health implications of a HIV positive person having unprotected with another HIV positive person. This only relates to HIV and not STD's. What about different strains of HIV, is one worse than the other. Are different strains treated with different drugs.

good question
It is NOT safe. There are different strands of HIV and you are sharring different strands by having unprotected sex with another HIV person. This will change the HIV in you both and make it harder and harder to fight. Also,as your HIV changes it will no longer be manageable by your meds and they will have to be changed as the virus changes.Do not have sex without a condom even if you are both HIV . I know it sucks but that's life...

Sure.Believe me,I struggled with the same thing...condoms are..well...you know. But you got to do what you got to do to stay healthy enough to even want sex...you'll get used to it.
