okay. i am 15 years old and my boyfriend is 14 and we have been going out for a while now. we both talked about having sex but we didnt want to risk anything because we both agreed a child is the last thing we need at the moment. so we both did research online to find out about ovulation and things like that to decide when the safest time would be to have sex. my ovulaiton began last tuesday and for most people it lasts 3-4ish days. since my cycle is only 21 days it should be shorter. but we waited a week just to be sure. so we had sex on monday and we used a condom and things should be fine. the only thing is today is the day after, and i've had this weird sensation right where my uterus is and its not like pain but its sensitive when i sit down or when i like poke it. it could be all in my head but could i be pregnant if we used a condom? should i be worried?

You would not feel that the day after having sex if you were pregnant. Was this your first time having sex? if it was, that could be why. If you used the condom properly, your have a very very small chance of pregnancy. I would suggest, though, if you decide to continue to having sex with him that you get on a more regular form of birth control

You can never be sure when your ovulation happened. It usually happens about 14 days before you next expected period starts. Ovulation does not last 3-4 days or less. Ovulation is only a moment when the egg-cell is expelled from the mature ovarian follicle. Two days before and after ovulation are considered as a fertile days when chances for conception, if you have unprotected sex, are the greatest.
If you use condom you don't need to care about any secure or insecure days in the cycle because condom is one of the most efficient contraceptive methods (>98%). But still, there are little chances to get pregnant (<2%) because there is no contraceptive method that is 100% secure.
Those weird sensations from the lower abdomen are not signs of pregnancy but probably due to anxiety. But still, you can do a pregnancy test if you miss your next period.

Pregnancy symptoms would not occur two days after sex. If you did ovulate, the egg would not be implanting for another 5 days or so. The pain may be from the sex itself. Since it was your first time, it may be slightly painful and he may be poking the wrong places. It could also be from anxiety. You are most likely very protected since you used a condom, as long as it did not tear.

Extremely EHEALTHy
Being so young, you would NOT know when ovulation happened...

You can try to GUESS, but you CANNOT KNOW.

You can get birth control FOR FREE and without PARENTS CONSENT!

Planned Parenthood offers teens free and discount birth control, and you do not need anyones permission.

Condoms are GREAT, But they are NOT ENOUGH if you really want to prevent pregnancy.
