You can safely have sex with a woman who is pregnant up until her water breaks or she goes into labor, unless a doctor has advised you otherwise. It is NOT safe to have sex with a woman who is at risk for premature delivery, it is NOT safe to have sex with a pregnant woman if her doctor says it is not okay.
