Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The ‘pull-out method’ of contraception is associated with one of the highest failure rates. You should have taken protection since your gyne told you about the risk.
Your symptoms at present (darkened and bumpy nipples delayed periods) could suggest possibility of pregnancy. The urine pregnancy tests can show false negative results during early pregnancy due to less concentration of pregnancy hormone (HCG) in urine.
Visit your gynecologist for an examination and request for a blood beta HCG test to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Do not start on the next pack of pills until you have confirmed that you are not pregnant.
Take care.
