Q: Sex not lasting long!
asked by: hunters_momma on April 4th, 2009

I'm posting this for my boyfriend and myself. We want to know why he doesn't last long during sex. Everytime we've had sex, it only lasts for a few minutes then he "ejaculates". We both don't like the "just a few minutes" sex thing. We want to know what is going on with him. He says he hasn't had this problem before. I'm just getting into it when he is finishing. What is the deal?!?!

Sex not lasting long!
Really the first thing is to not get too stressed out about it as the more it plays on his mind the more nervous he'll be and ejaculate sooner. The best thing to do is experiment, so when having sex when he gets close stop for a minute and if possible try the squeeze technique (when he feels close to ejaculating squeeze the end of his penis, at the point where the head joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes.
But alot of this is psychological the more you worry the harder it is too last, that'why these major sprays and pills used for lasting longing contain anti-depressant chemicals.

Lots of support and pratice.

I hope this helps

I've never tried that technic before but will try next time! What I really don't understand is that he has told me that it only happens with me. None of his other partners (that he has had in the past, of course) he didn't do that with. He said he lasted awhile with them. He actually told me "Maybe the reason I don't last long is because you feel so good, none of my other ex's felt as good as you do...Sex is really good, I think that's why I don't last long". Um, could this be a bad thing? I honestly think it might be me. Every partner that I have had in the past just about, has came within like 5 or 10 minutes of us having sex. I don't know if it's me or what.
Thanks for your input!

The reason for this is that you are a sexual turn on to him...Years ago sometime my husband could not even last until he entered me...Then over the years he got stronger...Let's face it, we both are and were a sexual turn on to the man that we are with...Maybe that is why at this later age in life that he is still my stud....

Yep, I like that thought...Have fun, I am...

me and my wife decided that we wanted to improve our sex life, we've been married for 5 years, so i started to take pills to keep me hard after i first ejaculate. i have never tried viagra or anything like that, but i am taking a natural pill that it's called Endurnz and it helps me stay hard even after i ejaculate and my wife to reach her orgasm, and once we are done, it just go down...

Practice....
You sound like you're young, so your man should be able to perform a few times per night. Do it a few times per day or even better, have an "all nighter". He should last longer each consectutive time as(at least for me) he should become less sensitive.

I've also found that as I was with my wife before I got married, that I was much longer lasting after a few months of time with her than I was during the first week or so we were sexually active.

I have found stopping before I ejaculate then continuing again extends my love making. On an average I stop and start 4-5 times and our sessions take about 45 mins to over an hour. However, this does not equate with giving my gf an orgasm- which is my next hurdle.

Personally through my experience you shold try and get your boyfriend to make you orgasm first. Get him to give you oral sex and rub your clit and g-spot until you reach the height of squirting or orgasm then after that let him enter you and you will be satisfied as well as him.

Through time im sure he will last longer maybe try slow the pace a bit too. So start of slow then fast then slow again.

Hope this helps. (:

dont blame him
dont blame him. its not his fault. if you stick around you could solve the problem.

you could try anti-histamine supplements.

daily
1gram of l-methionine
500mg of magnesium
1 b6 tablet.

try reading the very large thread we have on this.

and to make you orgasm sooner you could try pro-histamines.

and also in the meanwhile you could let him make you orgasm first before penile insertion.
