In truth a healthy sex life should be about 200 times a year so you two are definately above average. I would however find other things that you two can do together other than sex. Would there be any bond without it?

It is normal for sex to decrease as one gets older (a lot older).

Yeah there definately is a bond without sex... Sex is just another hobby that we like to do together. But I was just wondering if we do have sex too often does it tend to decrease faster? Should we slow down and pace it because I intend on having a long term relationship with her and don't want it affecting us.

Why slow down? You don't know how much time you have together so enjoy each and every minute that you two can possibily share

No it will not decease faster....as you age your bodies will decide...a very, very long time from now.
