I had unprotected sex 3 days before ovulation, and he ejaculated inside of me. I then took the emergency contraception (levonorgestrel). That is the generic brand of plan b, it came with two pills, .75mg a piece. Well I took one 13 hours later after my sexual encounter, but never took the second. What are my odds of becoming pregnant? Also how can this effect my ovulation by only taking one, when you're suppose to take both pills?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Sperms can stay alive for 3-5 days once released inside you, and egg once released from ovary can stay alive for 6-7 days. If you have not taken the emergency contraceptive pills as directed, it may not be effective in preventing pregnancy. Wait and watch for your periods/withdrawal bleeding. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination and further evaluation to look for the underlying cause if you miss your periods, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy.
Take care.

There is a very good chance that you are pregnant. You should take a pregnancy test if and when you have missed your period.
