Q: Sex before my period ended

I am on the pill so my periods are regular. I start on a Sunday and the last pill is 3 weeks later on a Saturday. Afterwards I will get my period during that week off the pill but it is always a short period so I have no bleeding for 2-3 days before I start my pills on the Sunday again. Last week my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on the Saturday (the day before I started my next pill pack). He did ejaculate inside of me. I'm wondering if I could get pregnant from that (while during my period week even though last couple of days there was no bleeding?) I take my pill religiously so I'm not worried about becoming pregnant while on the pill.

Since you take your pill religiously, you should be fine. I don't think you could be pregnant.

I'm not so sure anymore, I am cramping and spotting. I am still on the pill, I have seven more pills left until I am done my pack. My breasts have felt "HUGE" but aren't. However they have been sooo incredibly sore. I normally don't start to feel cramps until the "day of" my period and I NEVER have spotting????? . I would go talk to my doctor about it but it takes a couple of weeks just to go in and see him. How important is it to discontinue the pill if one IS pregnant????

Very important it can be damaging to the baby i would take a home test also bleeding and cramping isnt good when your pregnant and you shouldnt be bleeding if your taking your pills so something is wrong whether your pregnant or not also the pill is not 100% you can still get pregnant on them i would suggest you do a test and if the pain gets too bad go to the e.r
