Day before yesterday I had an unprotected sex with my wife and she had her periods yesterday. Is there any chance for a pregnancy? Should she take some emergency contraceptive pills? Is there any problem taking an i pill? She is 7 days in advance.

It's too soon to tell. She will have to wait and see if she gets her period next month. If she is already on the pill she should continue to take them, but it doesn't sound like she is. I don't believe there is an emergency pill you can take.
