Never heard of this before unless you may be having anal sex...For regular vaginal sex it is absolutely no problem...In fact, it's great...Take care...

I suppose that if you already have a flare up it could possibly aggravate them while having normal sex. Anal sex is pretty obvious that you would be directly contacting them. Hemorrhoids are caused in part due to increased blood pressure in the veins coupled with a weak vein wall.
