Sex after vaginal hysterectomy

Hello Im 38 i have vaginal hysteretomy 4 weeks ago. I have a high sex drive and still is .I know my doctor told me not to have anything inside my vagina till 6 weeks. it was hard at first but truth is me and my man been touchy feeling for the first week .second week same thing i even have my orgasm without nothing inside me. it was great after third week in a couple of days could not help my self he was half inside me but not all the way its my fault not my man though.he feel bad about i was to i was not on any pain or not bleeding at all .i have little pink spot like a size of penny or less thats all bout it it been like that since i have surgery. i will have my check up next week i hoping im ok . im ashame to myself because i didnt have any control of my sexdrive...Im hoping im okay i dont have any pain at all and i stop playing around after that it scare me off but it is to late:(
