Q: Sex after inguenal hernia operation ?

I am a 43 year old male who had an inguenal hernia on Monday at 10am. I have a very active sex drive with my wife.By Wednesday I wanted to please her sexual, and did so orally. Is it a problem that I am having erections for any length of time, this soon? How long should I wait until I penetrate and ejactulate?
