Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Yes of course you can make your husband happy even after Hysterectomy.You might experience some changes as decreased libido,vaginal dryness due to hormonal changes but intercourse does not make any difference.You can consider having lots of foreplay and lots of lubrication before intiating sexual contact.
If you have any other symptoms which are bothering you kindly discuss with your Gynaecologist regarding this as some woman even opt for HRT after uterus removal.

HYSTERECTOMY/MENOPAUSE

What is HRT?

I am 47, had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and feel nothing during sex. I cant take hormone replacements bc my cancer was estrogen eating. Any help?

STD's after hysterectomy
I have had a vaginal hysterectomy and my cervix has been removed. Can I still contract STD's

I would'nt know for sure, but saftey first STD can be very tricky and risky, I would say talk with your Dr. and be safe aways... no matter what even yeast infections can be transmitted from skin to skin contact. FYI so those other kind maybe just as poissble more risky too.
