Bleeding and cramps, normal. Sex four days afterwards, no, not normal. You should have been advised not to have sex for 2 weeks afterwards, or until your bleeding had completely stopped - whichever period of time was the longest.
I would suggest you consult the information the clinic gave you as to "when to get in touch with them" regarding symptoms and infection. If you don't have a fever or serious pain, and the bleeding has subsided by now, I think you're fine.
Just abstain from sex until your body has recovered!

Because you had more intense bleeding and/or cramps after the sex, you should contact your physician immediately.
Hello, I also had a abortion feb 14. 2011 and I waited two months after abortion to have sex which its ok cause I already healed and they say I could have sex after 6-8 weeks after abortion, well I had sex and now 3 days after sex I am having cramps in lower belly area and back pain to ! Is this normal to experience this?!
