Last night we had just sat down to dinner and I started to experience sever back pain that then shortly radiated around to the upper front abdomine. Pain became very severe, very hard to breath, could not stand up straight. Could only lay flat on my back, after a couple of hours of this I began to vomit from the pain. Eventually, after 3 or 4 hours pain went away enough to sleep. Still sore this am but probably from vomitting. This happened to me 2 years ago too but not as severe as last night. What is happening to me?

hi, it is not possible to give answers from your description so a evaluation would be advised
on the other hand your sub-conscience can do this in a quick minute so something u can try that will not hurt u and may help a lot.
go into your private place and have a converstion with your inner self; go ahead and speak out loud and discuss the things that might bother u but that u just tuff-it-out or ignore. NOW THIS MAY SOUND SILLY but since u do this in your private place u don't have to be embarrassed and when u get your sub-conscience and your conscience mind in sync even problems as bad as u described can just go away
good luck
