Five weeks ago I got a bad poison ivy rash. I dealt with it for three weeks and finally went to the doctor after most of my thigh was covered. They prescribed me Prednisone in a stagger pack. I took 6 pills a day for 4 days and then 4 pills a day for a few more days, etc. I am still on the dosage of 2 a day now. A few days ago I started have numbness and tingling on the roof of my mouth. Things do not taste the same either. At this same time I also started experience jaw pain. It feels like I have been clinching my teeth, which I have never done before. The night this happened I had some shivering and the feeling of not being able to get oxygen, which only lasted for 15 minutes. Last night I started feeling tenderness to touch in my back and shoulders. Slowly throughout today the pain has spread all the way down to my knees. It feels like a very deep sunburn that goes all the way down to my muscles. My clothing rubbing on my skin hurts. What is going on with me?
