I'm in a massive hole in which I cannot get out of. For the past 4 months I have been taking Vyvanse (Lisdexamphetamine) which has irregulated my sleeping pattern.

Every time when I have a completely bad sleeping schedule for a few days, I'll experience sleep paralysis. My first occurrence was during August and happens like I said, everytime I have a bad pattern.

Three days ago, I had another occurrence. I tried to go back to sleep a few times, even after relieving myself or talking to others.

So basically the whole vicious circle here is:

Vyvanse irregulates sleeping pattern/causes deprivation
Have case of sleep paralysis
Because of that, I can't sleep (which makes my sleeping and problem worse)
Need to take Vyvanse in morning or I will be sleepy and groggy all day I need it for my ADHD
If I don't take it, again, i will sleep when I get home and irregulate my pattern
As well with not taking it, I will get sick via withdrawal-like symptoms.

This has been making me crazy. I'm 14 years old. What's most interesting is that I can usually tell the symptoms before it happens but nothing will come to mind. Again, for example:

This night, I was planning on going to bed at 12:30AM. I tried to get myself to sleep by reading these tips online (such as dark room, think of good past time). I thought of a good past time when I was very young and it's aswell strange and eerie'ish in a way. Kind of like mixed emotions within that little memory, but more of depression and wanting to go back to that one thing. But back to the story. I would just think of the past time and rest my eyes and reopen and close and reopen, close, etc. At one point when I had my eyes "closed", I would have a memory which would kind of be a dream in a sort of sense. Then i would reopen my eyes and not move. But another strange thing is, I can open my mouth and move my head, like fight it. I would try screaming, but nothing would happen. Even when I woke up, my body position was still in the same position of me trying to yell and my mouth still open. I couldn't tell what reality was, and it all took place in 4 minutes.

So just to summarize it (Sorry, I'm just trying to make someone understand.)

Lay down, want to sleep.
Have eyes closed for a bit, then open, etc. Cannot tell if this was reality or not, or if it changed halfway.
Have a dream/mental state at one point when my eyes are supposedly closed.
Open eyes, be in sleep paralysis. I would open mouth, and move head. No sound came out and I woke up (reality for sure) with my mouth still awake and my body in the same way.

I don't want to get health problems of sleep deprevation either. Recently i've only been getting 0-4 hours on weekdays. This is a serious issue, and I want help from the best please.
