hello there i do suffer from panic attacks too i feel like im going to die or something but there are things we should do when ever we r haveing a panic attack
1. once you notice a panic attack is coming try to calm down and remember that a panic attack is never going to kill you
2. try to notice things around you like a drawing a watch a chair and talk to your self this is a chair this is a painting
3. focus on hearing voices around you or feeling the chair your setting on pushing ur feet against the ground feel the pressure and notice it feel the air on ur skin
4. talk to your self ( its ok im not going to die its going to be ok today im going to get rid of this panic attack in seconds and try to look at pictures or any thing to distract you.
panic attacks comes from some medications or reliving an unpleasant memory or many things

hello, i want you to know you are not alone. I can diffinently relate to what you are going through. i have panic attacks everyday. I have become agoraphobic because of it. I cant drive and im afraid to go places. especially alone. and even when im not. i dont like being alone because im afraid that something bad is going to happen and i wont be able to get help. i am terrified of dying. and am scared everyday that this is it. but i live. sometimes im not sure if thats a good thing or bad thing. and no one around me seems to understand so i have withdrwn from them. I have everthing tested from my brain to my heart, lungs , for diabetes and high and low blood pressure, blood sugar and hormones, ive already had a histerectomy and for some reason my white blood cell count is always high , through research i have learned that there are ilness such as ms and lupus that can make you panic so i am going to try to get tested for that.
