Q: SEVERE PAIN UNDER THE FRONT OF MY RIB CAGE ON THE LEFT SIDE

Hello:
i am having constant pain under the front of my left rib cage, it feels like something is schocking me, it balls up and throbs, it feels like fire sometimes, its is a terrible pain! i do not have insurance so i really just want to see if anyone knows what it could be.
