Hi, I am a 31 year old female, mother of 4. I have had pain in my shoulder blade for over a year now. But that is not why I am here today. Yesterday I began to have a very painful maybe burning sensation under my rib cage and most of my back. The pain is mostly from my breast area and down under my rib cage in the front and it goes all around by back also. Also the center of my back up to my neck. Yesterday I took several IB profens and tylonal- no relief. I don't want to mask the pain with pills- I want it gone. When I stand up to stretch my back, with my arms out/back I get two sharp pains under my ribs in the front the shoot straight up and I get dizzy.

I pain I feel all the time for the last two days is pretty severe- I don't feel like moving at all- but I have to because I have 4 kids and 3 step kids to take care of.
