severe pain, rash on back, now hair fall?

Hi. I am a 34 year old woman. While I was pregnant I developed severe hip pain. After my baby was born the pain became constant. I told my doctor and she said it was normal but did xrays and found nothing. 2 years later I'm still experiencing constant severe hip pain that now has moved throughout my entire body. I now don't have health insurance so I have to self pay and can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars to hear I don't know. I'm frustrated. Also last year I developed a rash on my back and arm pits. The doctor gave me antibiotic and a cream but it didn't work a year later I still have a rash and now my hair is falling out. Are these connected and what on Earth is wrong with me.? Most of the time it takes everything I've got to take care of my 2 year old. How do I get an answer out of a doctor. PLEASE HELP
