hey i have a wisdom tooth ad it has a hole and whenever i eat bad foods i get a really sharp pain in my wisdom tooth. and it feels like the tooth is going to fall out. and the wisdom tooth does have a hole in it which is gone rotten

You have a cavity on your wisdom tooth, go to the dentist and have it filled asap.

ok im on the waiting list at the hospital to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed

If you have a long wait, still, you may want to see about having it filled, anyway, especially if the cavity is anywhere near any other tooth (decay can spread and affect your other teeth). For pain, you can always try some of the topical treatments, like Oragel or one of those that has a numbing agent in it (you rub them directly on the tooth and it numbs the pain for a short time).

yeah my mouth is still a bit sore, but i cant wait to get them out.
