hi, I'm male, 57 and very healthy..but four days ago I was awoken by a severe pain in my bladder/kidney area and ever since I'm finding it increasingly sore to pass water, always feeling that I need to, even having just performed. Do I have a urinary infection or something more suspicious? Thank you... John.
