I am having severe pain in my lower abdomen. Left and Right. Below my belly button. It feels like muscle contractions because it comes and goes. I don't know if this is at all helpful, but the last time I had sex without protection was like over a month ago and I have gotten somewhat of a period since then. My period was shorter than usual and it did start and stop a little. I didn't really know where to post this for help. So if you have any suggestions, feel free. I haven't taken a hpt...do you see the need?
