These are very common signs of what we call "subluxations" in the chiropractic field. Basically, a subluxation is an area or joint complex in the spine that is not moving properly (hypomobile). When the joint does not have its full range of motion then inflammation and various chemicals surround the joint and cause pain and irritation of the surrounding nerves and other tissues. Muscles become tight and areas on the body become abnormally sensitive or painful. The treatment for this type of condition is spinal manipulation. Chiropractic physicians are highly trained in these matters and often get excellent results. You may consider consulting with a chiropractor to see if this would be something that can help your mothers neck and back pain.

You need to go to a doctor pebsandbam. Go see your primary doctor and then go from there.
