Q: severe muscle spasms in body - treatment?

I have been going to a Neuro doc to figiure out why I have numbness tingeling muscle spasams on an on. Well my next appointment is not till mid July. The problem is this past week I have been having severe muscle spasms through out my body, I cant feel much in my arms do to the numbness and tingeling. my face and head have been hurting really bad, I cant sleep and have no clue what to do. They have be thinking it might be MS. But it seems like getting in for the next appointment is to far away. I am in pain.

Do what I do--call them and tell them new symptoms have occured and talk with the docs nurse if need be..Tell them you want to get in early or have doc order some tests and labs and pain meds to help you untl you get in..Yell them this scares yhou and ou are worried.. I have learned to take control or you won't gte answers..Best of luck honey--you are alot like me in symptoms..kd

I know how you feel..Ive been having similar problems but cannot be seen till aug 5.I feel like I may be completely paralyzed by then.
