Hello,

Im almost 20 weeks pregnant. @ days ago i had a severe neck pain, which traveled to my upper back, left side of my chest and left arm. It was so painful that i couldn't even lay down. It felt like a heavy weight on my heart...there was no sweating. I took a pain killer and it got better. But today again I'm having pain in my left arm. Is it just the muscles and nerves, or is it anything more alarming?

Please do not take any medication while pregnant without checking with your OB first.

As for the pain that you are suffering, you need to check with your OB about your symptoms.
