I had a baby 6 months ago and had a retained placenta. 10 days after the birth the doctors noticed some placenta left inside and needed a D&C.

I got my period back 4 months ago but this time I've noticed some things that I haven't experienced before. A few hours before I started bleeding I got a bad headache that won't go away, the blood flow is heavy and bright red and the cramps are extremely painful. I feel very weak and dizzy.
