Have you been evaluated by a spine specialist?

you symptoms can be from spine issues that may or may not need to be addressed.

What has your primary care doctor said about your abdominal pain, excessive urination at night etc?

X-rays won't show a lot if there are spine issues going on.

You would need an MRI for more detailed information.
