Hello,

For the last 9 months I've been suffering chronic, non stop lack of sensation in my penis.
The glans and foreskin which used to be the main source of feeling on my penis is now 95% dead.
If I pour cold or warm water over it, I don't feel any cold or heat, nor do I feel the "wet" feeling from the water.

When I'm ejaculating or urinating, I can't feel anything "go through my penis", like I would always do before this...

When masturbating it feels like I'm touching something that isn't a part of me, I get just as much sensation from masturbating my finger...

The only "causes" I can think of are:

1) I was stupid and did some "penis enlargment" exercises called Jelqing which bruised my penis a little (this bruising never went away either)
2) I was masturbating pretty heavy one day and right before I was about to orgasm I decided it would be a good idea (not) to try top stop the orgasm from occuring by squeezing the glans pretty hard.

My penis also feels cold and it behaves exactly as if I was in cold water eventhough I'm fully dressed in the middle of summer.
It "shrivels up" which to me suggest bad circulation or something...

Do you have ANY clue what this might be? and whether it can be cured?

Please tell me what you think it might be and whether you know of any similar cases that ended well....
My doctors are useless, and I can't afford to visit anymore, most don't take it seriously "well you can get erect, and we don't have the technology in this country to check your nerves blablalblah".
I'm giving up hope soon since it's been no improvement what so ever in 9 months straight...

Your problem sounds like something I have had for the past two years, but has finally resolved itself. I got this problem after getting an STD and stupidly, because I didn't know what it was at first, leaving it for about six months. Although the STD was just non-specific urethritis, it caused me to lose sensation. The doctor said it would not, but I knew myself that it was just too coincidental. I made the mistake also of using viagra because of the temporary effect the STD had on me. I lost sexual desire, partly because of the STD but also after the STD was eliminated as a result of taking viagra every few days over a two-year period. After various visits to doctors and not getting anywhere, I decided to make myself healthy by eating all the right things and trying to avoid masturbating. I did a lot of research on the web and found a series of things. I spent a lot of money on it, unfortunately, but the end result is that I'm now back to normal, at least in terms of sensation. My erections are not 100% but I'm getting there. In your case, you don't seem to have that problem, so maybe you're in better shape than I have been. Best of luck to you.
