Which joints are felt painful?

Well when it comes to my spine it feels more like muscle stiffness, that sort of sore muscle pain, upper and lower back, but when it comes to my joints it is all over, my knees, hips, elbows, shoulders, neck and the joints in my upper back, and ankles...I don't know how to make it better..

you need to see dr, they can rule out where its coming from and what causing it. I have arthritis on my back, so i suffered from stiffness every morning, can't sit for too long or stand. i have good days and bad and i take a lot of supplements and pains meds. I eat organic food and stay away from red meat. Basically just eating healthy and staying active is the key to keep our body strong. good luck.
