I have been suffering from headaches to the front left and mild pain behind my eye and when moving head patricularly if bending over for the past 4 months, they usually occur every 4 weeks and last between 3 and 5 days, Over the counter medication may reduce the symptoms slightly, but the pain still remains, I go to sleep with headache and wake up with headache...... I feel totally miserable and very grumpy....

I have seen my Doctor who said it was extreme tension headache and prescribed Naproxen which does nothing other than make me feel tired....

I've had my eyes tested and they are healthy and sight is fine!

Can anyone help...... its affecting my home and work life as I find it hard to concentrate and have very little patience during the headaches.

I am thinking of trying acupuncture
