I have severe headaches that dont go away until I lay down and sleep. Its like a constant painful pressure at the back of my head and then works its way to the front. I get dizzy, nauseous. sometimes I am sensitive to lights and sound. If I move my head the pressure builds and my vision gets spotty and blurs and I feel like im going to pass out. If I sneeze or cough its extremely painful and my whole spine and head gets tingly and numb and my headache worsens. I have tried over the counter painkillers such as tylenol, excedrin, ibueprofin etc... nothing works.
