Person with such brain injuries (brain contusion and intra-ventricular hemorrhage) is in life threatening condition. Even if the girl survives there is a great possibility that some permanent brain damages will remain.
I don't see the boy's report but according to his condition he seems much better.

What type of of damages will remain? Please describe in detail. How much time will she take for recovery?

Latest progress report > she is out of ventilator and oxygen . Shifted in general ward. Opening her eyes and moving them, move their arm& gripped with her hand & sometimes moving toes.

Doctor
Consequences from brain damage can be motor, sensitive or cognitive disabilities depending from the location and severity of the brain damage. She is getting better because the brain swelling (edema) and ventricular hemorrhage are decreasing. Edema and hemorrhage can be resolved but contused (died) brain tissue can't be rebuilt. Brain tissue does not have ability for regeneration so contused tissue can't be rebuilt but only replaced with scar tissue.
