just found out about casein after months of a rollercoaster gluten free diet with some improovement and some symptoms going away, but still fighting the depression! its so difficult to find out which food is doing what, but i think if i eliminate all dairy products things should settle down. can't believe how severe casein intolerance and celiac disease can be! has anyone else had this double whammy. so in need of encouragement right now, anyone else with similar experiences? also has anyone else been caught out by being naive when it comes to assuming the ingredients on food packets are accurate?!
