hi... I am a 17 year old female and I have suffered for a full 2 years with severe fatigue which is getting worse and worse. I can sleep for 16 hours and still be tired. I've been in hospitals and my doctor did general blood tests but only came across an underactive thyroid which is now under control. I'm on 1.5mg eltroxin a day. last year I discovered a rather big swelling on the back of my skull close to my neck. I also suffer with migraines and weight gain as well as severe anxiety because I can't get through a day without being exhausted. Please tell me what you think this could be..... thank you

Honey I think you need to get a second opinion and certainly need a MRI..A lump on the back of the neck could be anything from a compressed nerve/disc to a cyst..Migraines canbe part of the neck issue and depression-certainly would come from not getting answers..Don't give up..Tell your PCP you want to have a MRI of (head and neck) and fromt here you should hve answers to help you on the next step of what is needed to be done..If your PCP will not do this find someone who will..Take charge of your health..good luck honey..
