Q: severe dry skin cause loose skin ?

I applied Oxistat, an anti-fungal cream, to the head of my penis and seems like that has severely dried up my skin and my skin is also very loose and wrinkly right now. Are there any methods in which to restore my skin back to original and not loose? Thank you very much.
