severe diarrhea and sharp pain in stomach

Hi,I am 33yrs old (females) for the last three days I have been having sharp pains in my stomach, and severe diarrhea and my burps smell like my stool. The pain in my stomach is on and off but usually accompiened with diarrhea. My stools are very watery and cannot tell the difference if I am peeing or having a stool movement.

I went to India just 6months ago and I had surgery 8months ago (vaginal tightening and control my imcompitance issue (urine leakage)).

Here is my medical conditions:
Diabetes
High Cholestrol
Kidney problems
Coronary Artery Disease

Only medications I am taking is Lipitor for my cholestrol and I am diet controlling my sugars.
