Hi,
I have been experiencing severe cramp in my upper part of my abdomen (above the belly button). It is also the first few days of my menstruation but this is so painful compared to other months. I can hear sounds from my stomach and so severe that I can feel pressure (i feel that its gonna explode or something).

I have a light headache and I feel like vomiting.

Thanks!

I've had the same symptoms but I had my appendix removed in Jan 2005. A few days after my menstruation the sharp pains started on the right side of my belly button and now 3 days later it still hurts but not as bad. I also had a light headache and felt like vomiting.
Could someone please help!!!!!!!!

Thanks
