Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Your symptoms as brown discharge, cramps, backache are suggestive of pregnancy.Sometimes during ovulation old menstrual blood is also shed out.
If you have a history of unprotected intercourse then possibility of pregnancy is present.
Wait for next periods. If the bleeding is prolonged consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take care!
