Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms could suggest possibility of severe infection or even of pregnancy. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for examination, vaginal swab/smear test and urine test to rule out chances of infection. If pregnancy is suspected, your doctor/gynecologist should do examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately).
If infection gets detected, get started on appropriate treatment. Get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent chances of re-infection. Drink plenty of water.
If symptoms are due to pregnancy and uterine activity, you will be started on uterine relaxants to control symptoms and carry on with pregnancy smoothly. All the best.
Take care.
