Q: severe cramping eating veggies or fruit

I had my gall bladder taken out 5 years ago. Since then I have SEVERE cramping,very loose stools immediately after eating most veggies & fruits & some meats. Have lost quite a bit of weight. Had a scope of stomach & bowels done and everything was fine there. Thanks for any input on this matter.

You might try to adhere to a very low fat diet (and avoid vegetables and beans that cause you a lot of gas), and see if this helps.
